As everyone knows summer is a time for mind numbing heat that seems to be nearly impossible to escape. Nowhere is that truer than a summer in Texas where it's ben 100+ degrees every single day for the last two months with no end in sight. Now for native born Texans this is just a typical summer but for transplants like Abbi, it's proving to be an ordeal to be had. In other words, she doesn't like it one bit! The heat makes it no fun to be outside and seems to zap the energy of any unfortunate soul that happens to venture out. And there are only so many shows that Mama and Dad let the 1.5-year-old watch, so what does a little girl do to pass the time? She sits and dreams of the cooler days ahead and then promptly terrorizes her brother Julius.
